Location was excellent and and unbeatable, not far from all the shops, restaurants & old town, the sea, city centre, shops and restaurants, and croisssants for breakfast. And I was located in the center of Nice. I had evening drinks at Soho, nestled 1 mile away. The owner made my stay comfortable. There were a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom...

For the price, the value was outstanding. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had air conditioning to keep us cool in the summer heat. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town, beach, and conference center. Delphine, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location couldn't have been better, with the tram station, shopping street, and beach all within a short walk. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had a separate living room and bedroom for added privacy. I loved the small kitchen area and the terrace provided a great place to relax. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Nice.

It is situated in a nice quiet area, making it a peaceful place to stay. the rooms are clean and bright, providing a comfortable place to relax. the bathroom is equipped with a lovely shower, providing great water pressure and hot water. the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace.

The location near the Victor Hugo tram stop was a game-changer. It was like having a private chauffeur to the airport right at my doorstep. No stress, no worries about missing my flight!

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located apartment. The host, Delphine, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed for a great trip. My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Appartements Massena. Delphine, our host, was incredibly welcoming and even provided chilled beer in the fridge upon our late arrival. The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city, with easy access to the train station and tram stop. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a charming terrace. Delphine was responsive and her niece gave us great tips for exploring the city. We definitely look forward to returning!
